Engineer Leen x Xena Workwear: A Bold Collaboration Empowering Women in STEM

Partnering with Engineer Leen, a trailblazer in STEM and an advocate for women in male-dominated fields, I spearheaded the launched a product collaboration that merged her bold style with Xena Workwear’s commitment to empowering women. Together, we created custom pink-bottom steel-toe boots and exclusive "STEM Baby" hats—products that celebrated women breaking barriers.

The response was phenomenal. The collection sold out within 24 hours of launch, proving the power of combining purpose-driven design with Engineer Leen’s engaged and passionate audience. Due to overwhelming demand, we launched a second collection, introducing a new boot style that resonated just as strongly.

This collaboration not only showcased the strength of community but also reinforced our shared mission: to inspire confidence in women in STEM and beyond.
